This 2.5″ Outback Exhaust System is engineered for the Toyota LandCruiser 80 Series wagon (HZJ80) running the 4.2 L 1HZ diesel engine from 1990–1998. It provides a stronger, deeper exhaust note and improved flow compared to the restrictive factory system. Built in Australia using 409 stainless steel tubing and supplied with mild-steel extractors, this upgrade enhances reliability, throttle response and durability for touring, towing and off-road use.
The mandrel-bent design maintains consistent pipe diameter through every bend, improving gas velocity and reducing back-pressure. With a centre muffler and no rear muffler, the system offers balanced sound levels without sacrificing everyday drivability. It bolts directly to the original mounting points, keeping installation simple and avoiding the need for cutting or welding in most setups.
