The 3″ Outback Exhaust system for the Nissan Patrol GU / Y61 3.0L ZD30 wagon (2004–2016) is a high-flow turbo back upgrade designed to improve turbo response, power delivery and overall reliability. Built in Australia from durable 409 stainless steel, it replaces the restrictive factory system from the turbo outlet to the tail pipe. Mandrel-bent 3″ (approx. 76 mm) pipework keeps exhaust velocity high, helping the ZD30 perform better under load while producing a clean, deeper exhaust note ideal for towing and touring.
This system is available with or without a high-flow catalytic converter and can be configured in three sound levels: large muffler (quiet), resonator/small muffler (medium), or straight pipe (loud). It installs as a direct bolt-on upgrade using factory mounting points and includes a full fitting kit. All Outback Exhaust systems include a 5-year warranty (2 years on extractors).
