The SEPR8R Air Oil Separator Ford Ranger PX Mazda BT-50 by Process West is the premium catch can system designed to protect your engine from oil contamination. Diesel engines are prone to crankcase blow-by, which carries fine oil mist into the intake system. Over time, this buildup coats the manifold and intercooler, reducing performance, fuel economy, and reliability. The SEPR8R effectively separates and captures this oil vapor before it reaches your engine, keeping your air system clean and efficient.

Built in Australia under the Terratuff range, the SEPR8R uses a billet aluminium body and a precision-engineered stainless-steel filtration element. With a 650 ml internal capacity and 50 µm washable filter, it provides superior separation efficiency without restricting airflow. The removable lid allows for easy servicing, while the integrated drain port simplifies maintenance. This system includes a laser-cut vehicle-specific bracket and molded hoses for a simple, bolt-on installation that looks factory-fitted.
