Not every vehicle can be tuned. Some vehicles may have locked ECUs, unsupported ECU types, software restrictions, communication issues, mechanical faults or other limitations that prevent tuning.
If Sunshine Coast Diesel Tuning assesses your vehicle and deems it unable to be tuned, you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase price.

Refund & Booking Policy
No change-of-mind refunds: This product is non-refundable for change of mind, incorrect purchase, failure to book, or if the customer no longer wishes to proceed.
Vehicle eligibility: Not all vehicles are able to be tuned. Some vehicles may have unsupported ECU types, locked ECUs, mechanical issues, communication faults, software restrictions or other limitations that prevent tuning.
Full refund if we cannot tune the vehicle: If Sunshine Coast Diesel Tuning assesses the vehicle and deems it unable to be tuned, a 100% refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Booking availability: Bookings are subject to workshop availability. Customers are encouraged to book ahead to secure their preferred date.
