All dyno tuning services are non-refundable. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept that tuning is a skilled, time-based service and that results can vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, and existing modifications.

All vehicle servicing is non-refundable. Labour, diagnostics, and associated costs are charged upon completion of work. If you have concerns about work carried out, please contact us directly so we can address the matter promptly.
All parts and products are ordered specifically for your vehicle or build — we do not hold general stock. For this reason, please take care to ensure you are selecting the correct part, year, and model before completing your purchase.
Change of Mind / Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or return an item (where available), the following applies:
Return freight costs to the manufacturer are at the customer’s expense
A 25% restocking fee applies on all returned items
Returns are only available where the supplier accepts them — this is not guaranteed on all products
Incorrect or Faulty Items:
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can work to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
