At SC Diesel Tuning, we want to make sure your parts and products reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

How We Ship
We ship using Australia Post and DHL depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The most suitable carrier will be selected at the time of dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated on an individual basis at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Some items include free shipping — where this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product listing.

Dispatch Times
Dispatch times vary depending on where your item is coming from:

Workshop Stock: Items dispatched directly from our Sunshine Coast workshop will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
Supplier Direct (Drop Ship): Many of our parts are ordered specifically for your vehicle and shipped directly from our suppliers. Dispatch timeframes in these cases are at the supplier’s discretion and may vary. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can give you the most accurate timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier used. As a general guide:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Remote areas: May take longer depending on carrier coverage

These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, particularly for supplier drop-shipped items.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

We do not ship internationally at this time — Australia-wide only
Shipping timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays
SC Diesel Tuning is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or events outside of our control
